International Shipping: To which countries does Cam Caddie ship?

Cam Caddie ships to over 200 countries all over the world. All international shipping locations are listed as options during checkout.  Check out (link) for a list of countries that we currently do not ship to.

International Shipping: Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside of the US?

We are not responsible for VAT, Import Duty, or other taxes outside of the US. Please take this into consideration when ordering from our website.  Another option is to order from one of our retailers in your country. Find a retailer near you with this link

 

International Shipping: I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?

We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize Cam Caddie's ability to continue exporting products.

 

Military Shipping: Does Cam Caddie ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes! Please follow these instructions when entering your Shipping Address during checkout:

• In the City field, enter APO or FPO, whichever applies.
• In the State/Province field, select one of the following, depending on the Armed Forces region destination: "Armed Forces Americas" (AA), "Armed Forces Europe" (AE), or, "Armed Forces Pacific" (AP).
• In the Country field, select "United States".

PO BOXES: Can I ship my order to a PO Box (U.S. or International)?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes in the continental US. However, orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or US Virgin Islands will ship USPS Priority Mail. PO Boxes addresses are accepted for these locations only.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: How will I know when my order ships & can I track my package online?

As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with USUS, UPS or FedEx.

Delivery Time Estimates: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated delivery windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 10:30 AM PST, or 12:00 pm-CET in the EMEA shipping zone, on business days (M-F, non-holidays.)
